Robert Levere Trophy

Robert Levere, a former player in the KMSPL, joined the league in 1981 and played into the 1984 season before leaving for health reasons. Robert was always there when someone called, whether to play ball or volunteer at some event. This type of individual epitomizes the kind of player that makes up our league. Robert passed away in 1985 and in his memory, a trophy was established to be awarded to the player who best exemplifies the spirit, camaraderie and sportsmanship that our league represents.

With this in mind, the league has created an award in his honour to be presented to the player judged most valuable to his team during the playoffs.
